The Passone story has taken different forms without losing its centre: welcoming guests warmly, valuing the local area and allowing every experience to find its own rhythm. Next to La Corte is the restaurant where it all began; a short distance away, the Passonino countryside; and in Merate, a more informal table shaped by the wood-fired oven and grill.

Ristorante Passone

Next to the apartments, Ristorante Passone continues the story that began in 1953. Its cuisine looks to Brianza and follows the seasons, while the surrounding park accompanies lunches, dinners and occasions to share. During a stay, it is the most natural place for the family's hospitality to continue at the table.
